The Tre Ver at Potong Pasir is the re-establishment from Raintree Gardens. This piece of land was well-favoured and fought fiercely by 5 developers.  UVD Projects Private Limited, the joint venture between UIC and UOL Limited, emerged as the winner.

The Tre Ver has a revived 99 years new lease starting from 27 March 2018 and made headlines with each collective sales owner of around $1.9 million each unit.  The Tre Ver price is a premium paid out of close to 90% over the latest selling price in the resale market within the same year. The completion date of The Tre Ver TOP is estimated in the year February 19, 2021.
